Reasonably priced and nice cosy units with tea, TV and a well presented bathroom, and the staff were reasonably good. I found the hotel's location excellent, really close to Christmas market, all the other attractions close by and the pub and carpets throughout. Btw, I was not very far from Jorvik Viking Centre.

The beds are very comfy to sleep on. The best thing is location - adjacent to the centre and the pub and the beer garden. The service is attentive, includes free parking. The staff is accommodating and the rooms are bright and cosy.
